After buying, renovating, flipping and selling properties, I discovered a new passion in helping people find a home and pursued getting my real estate license. I currently live in the wonderful historic district of downtown Wilmington and have found it so rewarding to be a part of this community. I love riding my bike to the beaches and wondering around the community which allows me to get an up close and personal look at neighborhoods and talk with the people in them. Wilmington has so many things to do which makes it feel big in size and yet somehow has managed to remain small with its warm hospitality and charm. I believe this makes it one of the most sought-after cities to live in North Carolina and on the East coast.

"Christy is truly exceptional! We met her last summer while trying to find a condo to use as a potential rental property. But then life took a turn for us once Hurricane Florence hit. We evacuated and found out our home had 4+ feet of water in it. It was inaccessible for weeks. While we were in a different state waiting for the water to go down, Christy pitched in and helped without hesitation, hardly even knowing us at this point. She went above and beyond just being realtor. She kept us informed, helped find us a rental home, and truly became a great friend in the process. We loved Christy! Christy was very knowledgeable and protected us in the home buying process. She was very professional but so enjoyable to work with. She negotiated with the sellers to ensure our purchase was fair. We had an issue with an appliance in the first month of living in the house and thanks to the home warranty she had the sellers purchase for us during closing we were protected! We were so thankful she thought of the things that we didn’t during home searching, choosing the right home, and while under contract.
